Refund policy

At Sassy Art Games, we take great care to ensure every product is thoughtfully made and carefully packaged. However, due to the nature of our handcrafted items, we follow a strict no return, no refund policy.

No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once delivered.

  • We also do not offer replacements unless there is damage during transit or an item is missing from your order.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or if any item is missing from your order:

  • Please email us at hello@sassyartgames.com or call us at +91-9152757992 within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must share an unboxing video and your Order ID as proof.

  • Based on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or a store voucher.

Note: We do not accept claims for damage to outer packaging unless the product inside is affected.

Sale Items

  • All items purchased during sale periods are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • In case of transit damage during a sale, please report the issue within 24 hours. We will review such cases individually.

If You Choose Replacement

  • We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement at no additional cost.

If You Choose Refund (in the form of a Voucher)

  • A voucher code will be issued for use on our website.

  • The voucher will be sent after the product is returned and received at our warehouse.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days from the date of request for the full process to be completed.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change, and we're here to help—within limits.

Order Cancellation

  • To cancel your order, email us at [ email] or call us at +91-9152757992 within 24 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped.

  • If the order has already been shipped or 24 hours have passed, we will not be able to cancel or recall the shipment.

Right to Cancel

  • Sassy Art Games reserves the right to cancel an order at our discretion in case of:

    • Incorrect pricing listed due to technical errors

    • Payment issues

    • Any other reason that affects order fulfillment

In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone and issue a full refund of any payments made.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Unavailable recipient at time of delivery

  • Any issue caused by the customer

…any additional re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.
